BeeThai101 – Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At BeeThai101, we aim to provide a flexible, fair, and supportive learning experience for every student. Please read the following policies before booking or purchasing any online lessons.

1. Private 1-on-1 Lessons

All private lessons are conducted live online via Google Meet with Teacher Bee.

Each private lesson lasts 50 minutes. Students may book a single lesson or purchase a lesson package.

Package Validity

Package validity begins on the date of the first scheduled lesson.
The first lesson must take place within 30 days of purchase.
All remaining lessons must be completed before the package expires.
Unused lessons expire at the end of the validity period unless an extension has been approved.
Packages are for individual use and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Private lessons are arranged directly with Teacher Bee, subject to availability.
Students may request their preferred lesson dates and times.
All bookings must be confirmed by Teacher Bee.
Lesson schedules are communicated in Bangkok time (ICT, UTC+7), unless otherwise agreed.
Google Meet links will be provided before each scheduled lesson.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

At Least 3 Hours Before Class

Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson free of charge by notifying Teacher Bee at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time.

No lesson credit will be deducted.
Students may arrange a new lesson time, subject to availability.
There is no fixed limit on advance rescheduling requests, provided the lessons are completed within the package validity period.

Less Than 3 Hours Before Class

Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time will normally result in the deduction of one lesson credit.

Exceptions may be considered in genuine emergencies at BeeThai101's discretion.

4. Late Arrival & No-Shows

Students are encouraged to join Google Meet on time.
Teacher Bee will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Students arriving late may join for the remaining lesson time.
Lessons will not be extended due to late arrival.
If a student does not attend or contact Teacher Bee within 15 minutes, the lesson will be considered a no-show and one lesson credit will be deducted.

5. Teacher Cancellations

If Teacher Bee needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson:

No lesson credit will be deducted.
A replacement lesson will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
Package validity will be extended if necessary to allow the student to complete the affected lesson.

6. Small Group Courses

BeeThai101 offers structured small group courses for students who prefer learning together.

Course Details

Group size: 4–6 learners.
Course duration: 18 lessons.
Lesson length: 90 minutes.
Total learning time: 27 hours.
Frequency: Twice per week.
Course period: Approximately 9 weeks.
Classes are conducted live via Google Meet.

Minimum Enrollment

A minimum of four confirmed, paying students is required to open a group course.

If the minimum enrollment is not reached, students may choose to:

Transfer their enrollment to a later available group.
Receive a full refund of the amount paid for the course.

Group Attendance & Missed Lessons

Group courses follow a fixed schedule.

Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes.
Individual missed group lessons cannot normally be rescheduled.
Students may request available learning materials for missed lessons.
If BeeThai101 cancels a group class, a replacement session will be arranged at no additional charge.

The 3-hour rescheduling policy applies to private lessons only. Group classes follow the confirmed group schedule.

7. Payments & Refunds

Private Lessons

Students may submit a refund request by contacting BeeThai101.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on:

Whether lessons have already been delivered.
The number of unused lesson credits.
Any promotional or package conditions disclosed before purchase.
The reason for cancellation.
Applicable consumer protection laws.

If a refund is approved, BeeThai101 will explain the refund calculation before processing the payment.

Small Group Courses

Students may request a refund before the course begins.

Once a group course has started, refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances, services already delivered, and applicable consumer protection laws.

If BeeThai101 cancels a course and cannot provide the agreed lessons or an acceptable alternative, students will be offered an appropriate refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights students may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

BeeThai101 understands that unexpected situations may occur, including illness, emergencies, or technical difficulties.

Students should contact Teacher Bee as soon as reasonably possible.

Requests for exceptional rescheduling, package extensions, or refunds will be reviewed individually and fairly.

9. Learning Materials

Learning materials provided during lessons are intended for the enrolled student's personal educational use only.

Students may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share copyrighted BeeThai101 materials without written permission.

Separately purchased eBooks are subject to the applicable digital product terms and refund policy.
